We will be hosting another Arbor Day Photo contest for 2025!
All levels of photographers are encouraged to submit your pictures, whether you take a picture on your phone, or a camera, all tree pictures are welcome!
This year’s theme is “Tree Silhouettes”. In your photos, we want you to showcase the beauty and dramatic nature of the outlines of trees, especially at sunrise or sunset.
The winning photographs will be featured on the Rutgers Urban Forestry website and social media, by the NJ Shade Tree Federation, as well as NJ Department Of Environmental Protection Urban and Community Forestry Program.
The photographs may also be featured in exhibits on the New Brunswick campus of Rutgers University.
