The Rutgers Urban Forestry Program, in partnership with the NJ Urban & Community Forestry Program, the NJ Shade Tree Federation, and the US Forest Service, has presented an "Inventory Training & i-Tree Workshop" at the NJ Shade Tree Federation annual conference each year since 2014. This workshop was established in response to a need identified by the membership of the Shade Tree Federation and leadership at the NJ Forest Service, recognizing the importance of municipal tree inventories for responsible public tree management.
We have just completed the 2017 workshop, and want to thank all the participants for your interest and enthusiasm! We applaud your efforts toward tree inventory in you community.
We have linked some inventory resources below, please contact us if you have any questions.
